Shipping policy

We pride ourselves on excellent communication and customer service. We may need to order your product from the warehouse. Sometimes this can take a few extra days; however once received, we will turn around and ship it to you within 24 hours. If there is any delay we will contact you to inform you. 

We ship by USPS and Priority mail. Buyer pays shipping ($13.99 per order) or receives free shipping with purchases of $400 or more. Once the product is in hand, we ship within 24 hours.
